Qualification:

· Holds a bachelor’s in Engineering- Mechanical /Fire Safety

Experience

· 2-4 years experience in Building Management systems in an Engineering/Construction Company

Skills:

· In-depth technical knowledge about BMS/ IBMS and Metering solutions.

· Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Vision, Star Draw, Sketch Up

· Excellent knowledge of UAE Fire Codes & NFPA requirements.

· Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing technical compliance, response to consultant’s comments, engineering calculations (Lux level calculation, battery calculation, voltage drop calculation, aspire calculation, heat dissipation calculation, SPL/STI calculation, etc.)

· Expertise in Microsoft office tools.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for complete estimation & design for the system

· Prepare compliance statement, Technical Material submittals & prequalification to submit for consultant approval.
